License Agreement

Please read the terms and conditions of this License Agreement carefully before using Paymart.me. This is a legal agreement between you and Paymart.me. By accessing or using the Paymart.me service, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the service.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your Paymart.me subscription without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to discover the source code of any Paymart.me software or service. You may not use Paymart.me as part of facility management, timesharing, service provider, or service bureau arrangements. You may not use the service in any manner that is not permitted pursuant to this License Agreement.

By uploading and reusing video content through our service, you agree not to access it for any reason other than your lawful personal or business use. The content might be subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, re-uploaded, republished, displayed, sold, licensed, made available or otherwise communicated to the public or exploited for any purposes except those permitted by the applicable rights holder.

The Paymart.me service is licensed, not sold. A valid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for the duration and within the limits of your selected plan. A free tier may be available with daily usage quotas; sustained or larger-scale use requires an active paid subscription. You may not resell, repackage, or use the service to build a competing offering.

In no circumstances will Paymart.me be liable to you for any damages, claims, or costs whatsoever (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), including, without limitation, any lost profits, lost savings, lost information, loss of data, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this License limits Paymart.me liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud.

If any part of this License is found to be void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of this License, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This License may only be varied in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Paymart.me. Updates to the service may be provided by Paymart.me with additional or different terms, but Paymart.me has no obligation to provide any updates.

This License is the entire Agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings, or advertising relating to the service. You acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance, or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License. Paymart.me is entitled to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under the License. Copyright of all materials contained in the Paymart.me website and service — including related web pages, the structure and design of web pages, images, and any other information of the website and service — is owned by Paymart.me. Any duplication, reproduction of the contents, mirroring on servers that are not owned by Paymart.me, or any illegal use in any other form, is not permitted without clear permission in writing by Paymart.me. Paymart.me reserves all rights to take legal action and claim responsibility.
